Purchases are for personal use only; resale and redistribution are not permitted. Keep your receipt and download email. Our purchase-access service uses emailed private links that expire after 24 hours; you can request a fresh link to access eligible purchases and future file updates.
28-day money-back guarantee
For our own paid digital products, request a full refund within 28 days of purchase. Requests within that window are accepted without requiring a reason. Payment-provider and bank processing may take additional time. After a confirmed full refund, further download access and updates end; files already downloaded cannot be recalled. The purchase page stops offering our voluntary refund option after 28 days. This guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
