Data deletion instructions.

Scope of these instructions

Things Space LLC operates the Things Space website and its social publishing integration, Things Space Publisher. During setup, the Meta app may also appear as My Businesses Publisher. These instructions cover only information handled by Things Space. Sharing a Meta business portfolio or app name does not make this policy apply to Bippsi, Cup & Morsel, or other businesses.

Things Space Publisher connects our own Things Space Facebook Page, Instagram account and Threads profile to publish approved content and verify publication. We retain account identifiers, approved text and media, scheduling and approval records, publication identifiers and links, and limited operational records. Connection credentials are stored separately with restricted access. The current publishing workflow does not import followers, direct messages or comments. Selecting additional Meta use cases or permissions does not mean those features are active.

Disconnect the integration

In the Facebook or Instagram account that authorized the connection, open its settings and find Apps and websites or Business integrations. Locate the Things Space integration, review the selected account or Page, and remove its access. Menu names can vary. For Threads or WhatsApp connections, use the applicable account or business integration controls. Do not delete your Page or business portfolio just to disconnect an app.

Removing authorization stops that connection from making further authorized requests, but does not by itself request deletion of information already held by Things Space. If the same app connects several brands or accounts, removing the entire authorization may also disconnect those other connections. If you are unsure, contact us before making changes.

Request deletion from Things Space

1. Open our contact form and select Privacy or legal request. Enable JavaScript if the form asks for it, so its security check can finish.
2. Write Meta integration data deletion request in your message. Identify the relevant Things Space connection, platform, and public Page or profile URL, and tell us whether you also want the connection disabled.
3. Provide a reply email address. Share only the information reasonably needed to identify the connection. Never send a password, access token, app secret, payment-card number, or identity document through this form.

We will review the request, verify your authority using an appropriate method, and explain any additional information needed. A request from a Page or business administrator may need confirmation of their authority; we will not delete another person's or business's information solely on an unverified request.

What happens to the information

For a verified request, we will delete information associated with the Things Space connection that we control and are not required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain. Depending on what has actually been connected, this can include stored connection credentials, account or Page identifiers, imported social content or messages, and associated operational records. We will disable affected Things Space jobs as needed to prevent them from continuing to use the disconnected connection.

We will respond with the outcome or explain any remaining steps and expected timing. If particular records must be retained for legal obligations, security, or an active dispute, we will explain the applicable exception. Protected recovery copies may persist until their retention period expires; retained copies are not used to resume the deleted connection. We process requests within applicable legal deadlines.

What this does not delete

This request does not delete your Facebook Page, Instagram or Threads profile, WhatsApp account, business portfolio, or information controlled by Meta or other providers. Removing the integration does not automatically remove posts already published on Meta. Identify any Things Space-controlled published content you also want reviewed; removal depends on our control and authority. A data-deletion request is separate from a purchase refund, and required transaction records may need to be retained.
